Refunds And Returns

A refund may be issued on a sold item within 2 weeks of the date of delivery. All items must be photographed and return in the same condition as when it was sent for the chance of a refund. A refund will only be issued once the item has arrived and has been viewed by the NDA team. No refund will be issued on an item unless the NDA team is notified first either on instagram (@nightdwellersapparel) or via our email nightdwellersapparel@gmail.com. Do not just return the item without contacting us first.

Sale items or items purchased using a discount code will not be eligible for a refund. This being said, if an item can be exchanged for the same item or an item of the same value then this can apply to sale and discounted items. A credit can also be issued for future purchases on the NDA website.
